By creating an account and using the Huny application, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

The application is for individual and family use. Users must have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. This application is not intended for commercial use.

• Users must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number, etc.).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Huny simplifies family administration through: Todo/Task & Gamification (points, leaderboards, badges, family-defined rewards), Real-time Location Tracking, Weekly Meal Planner (including AI recommendations), Budgeting & Bill Payments (PPOB), and an Internal Family Chat/Social Group.

All content, UI, and code within Huny are the property of Huny and are protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from copying or distributing them without written permission.

• The application is provided 'as-is'; there is no guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.
• Huny is not responsible for data loss resulting from user negligence.
• Huny does not control and is not responsible for rewards determined by the family.

Huny may revise, add, or disable features at any time. Notification will be provided for substantial changes.

We may suspend or delete the account of any user who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
