1. Definitions

  • Huny, we, us, or our refers to the application's management.
  • User includes both registered and non-registered members within a family.
  • Personal Data includes identity, location, activity, and other data that can identify an individual.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email, phone number, profile picture, and family role.
  • Activity Data: Task history, leaderboards, badges, points, meal planner, and budgeting transactions.
  • Location Data: Only if the location feature is enabled by the user.
  • Device Data: Device type, IP address, OS type, crash logs, and usage preferences.

3. Purpose of Use

  • To provide the application's core services (tasks, gamification, budgeting, etc.).
  • To improve service quality through usage analysis (anonymous and aggregated).
  • To send notifications and recommendations (e.g., automated meal planner).
  • Internal family mode: data is shared among members only within contexts permitted and controlled by the admin.
  • AI features use data to provide preference-based suggestions, without replacing professional advice.

4. Data Sharing & Transfer

  • Within the family: Data uploaded is shared according to the permissions granted by the family admin.
  • Third parties: Only for technical services like bill payments (PPOB) or cloud storage, and are subject to confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal compliance: Data may be disclosed if required by law or a court order.

5. International Transfer

If data is transferred to another country (e.g., for cloud servers), we ensure equivalent protection and a valid legal basis.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service or legal purposes. Afterward, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • In the event of a data breach, we will notify users via the app or email.

10. Minors

Users under the age of 13 are only permitted to use the application under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Explicit consent from the parent/guardian is required.

11. Policy Changes

Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the service after an update is considered acceptance of the new policy.
